• Operate and maintain the Palawan Magazine platform
• Process payment for published articles via GCash
• Display your name and profile on published articles
• Communicate with you about your submissions and account
• Improve our editorial platform and services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your profile details (name, photo) may appear publicly alongside your published articles. Payment details (GCash number) are used solely for compensation and are not shared publicly.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely through Google Firebase, which is compliant with industry-standard security practices. We retain your data for as long as your contributor account remains active.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at palawanmagazine@gmail.com. Account deletion will result in the removal of your profile data, though published articles may remain on the platform.

6. Cookies

Palawan Magazine uses essential cookies and Firebase authentication tokens to maintain your session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
